Responsibilities:

• Create Sales & Marketing Strategy


• Define Product Strategy and Legal Structures (SOW, Proposal Template etc.)


• Define Various processes & roadmaps for best results


• Define Territories, Commission Structures of Sales Team


• Manage Pipeline & Funnel management of various prospects or leads


• Prepare Proposals


• Responsible to manage Objection Handling of prospects or clients


• Manage Closures


• Measure various campaign effectiveness


• Build a team with budget criteria


• Develop Partnership Programs (MSP, AWS, Salesforce, etc.)


• Implement DMAIC for Client Satisfaction

• Work closely with management team on various projections and plans at strategic level

• Manage end to end sales & marketing cycle for smooth conduction

.Net MVC Developers

• Should have 3 years of experience developing in .Net Web Based Application


• At least 3 years of experience using a .Net 4.0, MVC, WCF, JQuery / CSS3


• At least 3 years of experience working with a SQL based database such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle or PostgreSQL, MySQL and SQL Server preferred


• Should have excellent analytical and communication skills

Full Stack Developers

• Must have experience of Frontend (i.e. React or Angular)


• Must have experience of Backend (i.e. .Net Core or Node js)


• At least 2 years of experience working with a SQL based database such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle or PostgreSQL, MySQL and SQL Server preferred.


• Should have excellent analytical and communication skills. Knowledge of open source will be added advantage.

WordPress Developer (Open Source Technology)

• Coding as per design specifications & standards.
